Jack Klugman (April 27, 1922 - December 24, 2012) is an actor from Pennsylvania.
He appeared in four episodes of The Twilight Zone. Klugman is perhaps best-remembered for his role as Oscar Madison on the television series The Odd Couple, as well as for playing the eponymous medical examiner Dr. R. Quincy in Quincy M.E. He is tied with Burgess Meredith for having the most guest-starring roles on the original series.
